Se rechazó la solicitud de nulidad presentada por el ciudadano de la referencia contra la Sentencia T-518/03 proferida por la Sala Primera de Revisión de Tutela, como quiera que la solicitud fue recibida en esta Corporación después del vencimiento del término de ejecutoria de la sentencia cuya nulidad se pretende, es claro que ha sido formulada de manera extemporánea y por ello tendrá que rechazarse.
Contra este pronunciamiento no procede recurso alguno.
